摘    要:以硫酸锰、硫酸锌和硫酸亚铁为原料,草酸铵为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法制备了纳米级锰锌铁氧体粉体,研究了铁氧体的晶相及其磁性质,并分析了材料组成对其性质的影响.实验结果表明,锰锌铁氧体具有良好的铁磁性,并且随Zn摩尔分数的降低、Fe摩尔分数的增加,铁氧体的磁化率逐渐增大,居里温度逐渐变低.

Abstract:Nano-particle Mn-Zn ferrite was prepared by coprecipitation method.The chemicals zinc sul-fate,manganese sulfate and inferior iron sulfate were used as the starting materials,and ammonium ox-alate was used as precipitant.The crystalline phase and magnetic properties of the ferrite were investi-gated,and the influence of material constituent on the properties of ferrite was studied.The results demonstrate that the magnetic susceptibility increases and Curie temperature of the ferrite decreases with the increase of the iron content and the decrease of the zinc content.
