不同药物预防仔猪黄、白痢的效果比较

采用不同药物对仔猪黄、白痢进行预防,结果表明:试Ⅱ、试Ⅲ、试Ⅳ3组比试Ⅰ组发病率分别减少40.9、51.9和52.3个百分点,死亡率分别降低8.3、13.99和14.5个百分点,差异极显著(P0.01);试Ⅱ组仔猪平均断奶体重高于试Ⅰ组10.99%,差异显著(P0.05);试Ⅲ、试Ⅳ两组的发病率均极显著地低于试Ⅰ组和试Ⅱ组(P0.01),试Ⅲ组的死亡率比试Ⅰ组和试Ⅱ组分别降低13.99和5.69个百分点,差异极显著(P0.01),试Ⅳ组的死亡率比试Ⅰ组和试Ⅱ组分别降低14.5和6.2个百分点,差异亦极显著(P0.01),试Ⅳ组的死亡率虽比试Ⅲ组降低0.51个百分点,但差异不显著(P0.05);试Ⅲ、试Ⅳ两组仔猪平均断奶体重分别比试Ⅰ组提高20.85%和21.13%,差异极显著(P0.01);比试Ⅱ组分别提高8.88%和9.14%,差异亦显著(P0.05),试Ⅳ组仔猪平均断奶体重比试Ⅲ组提高0.23%,但差异不显著(P0.05).

The Effect Comparison of Different Drugs on the Prevention of Yellow Scour of Newborn Piglets and Pig Scour

By using different drugs to prevent the yellow scour of newborn piglets and pig scour,the experiment shows that,compared with the group of trail I,the incidence of the disease in the groups of trail Ⅱ,trail Ⅲ and trail Ⅳ partly reduces 40.9、51.9 and 52.3 percentage points the death rate partly reduces 8.3、13.99 and 14.5 percentage points.The difference is very distinct（P0.01）.The average weight of ablactational pigs in the groups of trail Ⅱexceeds the groups of trail I by 10.99%.The difference is distinct（P0.05）.The incidence of the disease in the groups of trail Ⅲ and Ⅳ is obviously below the groups of trail I and Ⅱ（P0.01）.Compared with trial I and trail Ⅱ,the death rate of trail Ⅲ respectively decreases 13.99 and 5.69 percentage points,and the death rate of trial Ⅳ14.5 and 6.2 percentage points,the difference is very distinct（P0.01）.And the death rate of trail Ⅳ reduces 0.51 percentage points compared with trail Ⅲ,but the difference is not obvious（P0.05）.The average weight of ablactational pigs in the groups of trail Ⅲand Ⅳ separately rises20.85% and 21.13% compared with the group of trail I,the difference is very distinct（P0.01）,and compared with the group of trail Ⅱ,it rises 8.88% and 9.14%,the difference is also distinct（P0.05）.The average weight in the group of trail Ⅳ rises 0.23% compared with the group of trail Ⅲ,the difference is not obvious（P0.05）.
