| 摘 要： | 网络环境下,图书馆职能、管理模式、服务形态都发生了较大变化,这对图书馆员素质提出了更高的要求。在深入分析图书馆职能变化及其对馆员素质要求的基础上,提出了提高图书馆员素质的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Under the network environment,the functions,management modes and service forms of the library have changed very much,which puts forward higher requirement for quality of librarians.Based on the deep analysis on the changes of library's functions and the requirement for the quality of the librarians,this paper advances some effective paths for improving the quality of librarians. |
