光固化快速成型高分辨激光液位检测系统的开发

摘    要:为了精确控制光固化快速成型的树脂液位,开发了基于倾角测量原理的高分辨激光液位检测系统.系统中采用亮度可变的激光源,克服了除法器的运算误差,通过闭环控制回路,测量出正比于位置传感器(PSD)输出电流的端电压,由此可精确地反映出光束位置.采用交流调制激光分离背景光和暗电流,不仅提高了PSD的检测敏感度,而且有效地消除了杂散光和暗电流对检测精度的影响.经过检测系统的精度标定,高分辨激光液位检测系统在液位为1~7mm的变化范围内,分辨率可以达到1.5μm.
