贵州布依族苯硫脲尝味能力的测定与分析

摘    要:用阈值法对贵州布依族共708人进行了苯硫脲尝味能力的测定。结果表明,布依族平均尝味阈值为9.32±2.0;味盲率为5.2%。男女尝味阈值差异显著(P<0.01);不同性别味盲率差异亦显著(P<0.05)。

Abstract:The taste ability of phenylthiocarbamide (PTC) was studied from persons of Buyi of nationalities, in Guizhou Province using the threshold-method and totally 708 peoples were investigated. The result shows that threshold of Buyi nat!onality is 9.32±2.0,and the frequency of taste-blindness is 5.2±. There is a significant difference in the taste threshold between sexes(P<0.01),and the difference of the frequency of taste-blindness between Sexes is also significant (P<0.05)
