拦阻索应力的仿真研究

摘    要:舰载机着舰过程中,拦阻索的应力直接关系到舰载机的飞行安全。为研究拦阻索应力波传播规律,在多体动力学框架下,发展了基于绝对节点坐标法的具有接触碰撞功能的大位移索单元;并在此基础上建立了液压拦阻系统的简化模型。仿真分析尾钩两侧的索内应力是否相同。仿真结果表明,拦阻索受到冲击后舰载机的动能以横波和纵波的形式沿拦阻索向末端传播,并不断进行着反射叠加而产生应力峰值;由于纵波的传播速度远大于横波,从而使尾钩两侧的索内应力基本相同。此外,开发的拦阻索动力学模型可为拦阻系统的结构设计和优化提供计算方法。

Stress Simulation of the Purchase Cable

Abstract:When carrier aircraft is landing on carrier, the stress of purchase cable can affect the flight safety. To simulate and understand the governing law of this stress wave, a cable element with contact and large displacement functionality was developed in this paper based on absolute nodal coordinate formulation under the framework of multi-body dynamics. And then a simplified model of hydraumatic arresting system was built, in order to study the stress of the purchase cable. The simulation results show that stress peaks are caused by reflection and superposition of transverse wave and longitudinal wave, which is converted from the kinetic energy of aircraft, after tail-hook arrests the cross deck pendant. The study further shows that stress of cables are roughly same on sides of the tail hook, since the propagation velocity of the longitudinal wave is much larger than the transverse wave. Besides, the multi-body model of cable built can provide an effective calculation method to assist the structure design and parameter optimization of the whole arresting system.
