摘    要:用不同频率的超声波从中药黄岑中提取黄岑甙,与常规煎煮法相比,此法无需加热,只需用频率为30kHz的超声波处理40min,提出率可提高53.32%.

Abstract:Baicalin is extracted from seutellaria baicalensis using different ultrasonic frequencies. Compared with that of the decoction,this method does not need heating. When the ultrasound of 20 kHz is radiated for 40 minutes,the rate of extraction can be increased by 53.32%.
