| 摘 要： | 从宏观经济的动态发展角度 ,深入研究经济发展过程中的税收系统理论 ;借鉴系统动力学的方法 ,运用税收及宏观经济的基本理论 ,建立税收经济系统动力模型 ;对我国 2 0世纪 90年代税收经济系统的运行进行了仿真模拟 ,并据此对税收经济系统进行了结构分析 .政策分析和趋势预测 ,为制定适合我国国情的税收政策提供决策支持 ;尝试为税收问题的研究提供新视角 .

| Abstract: | The relationship between economic development and tax policy is involved in a macro, dynamic and long\|term problem. From this point of view, we attempt to study the tax theories related with economic development. Using the method of System Dynamics (SD) and summarizing theory of tax economics, we build up an SD model of Tax Economy System and simulate the running of China Tax Economy System in 1990's. According to the result of the simulation, we do the structure analysis, policies analysis and trend forcasting, so as to supply decision supporting for tax policy, which is adaptable to China and provide new views on the study of tax problem. |
