| Abstract: | The paper involved the oroblems of information cngineering by Fadio-station transmitting within the limited individual points of the computer data network, including the principle and structure of the system, regulation, and ways of modulation, as well as the realization of the technical problems in communication rules and organization. The methods can be applied to a variety of information transmitting systems with non-timing control. |
