石英矿物纯化的研究

摘    要:研究了高温 HCl(g)法和 HCl、HF酸浸法对去除石英矿物中杂质元素的作用效果 ,以及高温 HCl(g)法反应时间同杂质含量的关系 ,结果表明 ,高温 HCl(g)法作用强度明显大于 HCl酸浸法 ,并且当反应时间达到 90分钟时 ,高温 HCl(g)法对杂质的作用趋向极限。实验还表明 ,不论是高温 HCl(g)法还是 HCl酸浸法 ,对 Al、B元素的作用均表现出低化学活性 ,说明 Al、B是石英矿物中最难去除的杂质

Abstract:This article deals with the study of purifying quartz material by the method of HCl(g) in high temperature and the method of soaking-in acide,and the relation between the dealing method and the dealing time to purifying quartz material.It gives the results that the method of HCl(g) in high temperature are more effective than the method of soakingin acids in purifying quartz material.When the time of reaction reaches 90 minutes,the reaction of HCl(g) in high temperature tends to reach its limits.Experiments also indicate that elements Al and B react slowly when either the method of HCl(g) in high temperature or the method of soaking-in-acids are used.This shows that Al and B are the most difficult impurities to be eliminated from quatrz.
