| 摘 要： | 电价是电力市场中的关键问题之一，理论和实践上存在着多种电价理论和电价计算方法，其中的当量电价理论是一种新颖的电价理论．剖析了当量电价理论的原理与本质，将当量电价理论与其他电价计算方法（统一出清电价法、英国电价法、两部制电价法）进行对比，揭示当量电价法的特点与优势，对当量电价理论进行评价与展望．

| Abstract: | Electricity price is a key issue in the electricity market; there are many electricity prtemg metnous in theory and actual application. Electricity equivalent pricing theory is a novel method used to calculate the e- lectricity price. In this paper, the principle and essence of electricity equivalent pricing theory are studied. The comparisons among electricity equivalent pricing theory and other methods such as uniform market clear- ing pricing method, UK pricing method, two-parts pricing method are given. The characteristics and advanta- ges of electricity equivalent pricing theory are revealed; and the evaluation of the electricity equivalent pricing theory and its prospect are expounded here. |
