叶面肥1125对玫瑰生长发育影响的研究

为探讨叶面肥 112 5对玫瑰 (RosarugosaThunb)生长发育及衰老生理的影响 ,于 2 0 0 1年 4月 1日玫瑰新梢两叶期叶面喷施 3.3mg·L-1 的 112 5。结果表明 :叶面肥 112 5能促进玫瑰的生长发育 ,使现蕾期、初绽期、盛花期分别提前 2 ,4和 4d,并延长花期 6～ 7d ;使花朵鲜重、单花花瓣数和花径及叶绿素含量增加和花枝长度缩短 ,使叶片的鲜重、干重、比叶重和茎粗增加 ,改善玫瑰花生长发育进程中的生理机能 ,增加玫瑰初绽期和衰败期的SOD活性 ,现蕾期、初绽期和衰败期的蛋白质含量 ,衰败期的总糖含量和叶绿素含量 ;明显降低玫瑰现蕾期、初绽期的相对电导率 ,增加初绽期和盛开期的总糖含量以及降低衰败期相对电导率。

EFFECT OF 1125 ON HEDGEROW ROSE

The study of the effects of fertilizer agent 1125 was sprayed on the roses Rosa rugosa Thunb during the period of growth and development from the flower bud to the wilting stage. Results showed that 1125 had accelerated the growth and development of the roses. The budding season started two days earlier, the initial blooming time and the full bloom period was recorded four days earlier, and the flowering period was extended for six to seven days. 1125 had stimulated the relationship between nutrition, reproduction and development of the roses. As a result, the length of the roses' branches were shortened, but the blooms and petals were increasing and the weight of roses' petals had increased even after they dried. 1125 had improved the physiological engineering of the roses during their growth period. Using fertilizing agent 1125 in the initial opening and wilting periods had increased the roses' SOD activity and their protein and chlorophyll contents. But the relative electricity rates had been decreased significantly in the initial opening period. Finally, we found that all the physiological phenomenon mentioned above were remarkable. In summary, fertilizing agent 1125 could improve growth and extend bloom period. In other words, it had a function of coordinating a relationship between "storehouse and source", and improving plant's metabolic enginery.
