| 摘 要： | 为了解淮北市区生物教师综合素质现状,对淮北市区生物教师进行调查.调查内容包括:教育教学理念、教育教学理论、教学内容与课堂教学艺术、教育教学研究、知识及教学能力等.结果表明:淮北市区生物教师的综合素质还达不到新课程标准的要求,仍有待进一步提高.生物教师通过更新教育理念、创新教育理论、创新教学方法、提高教学研究能力、扩充知识能力、提高教学能力等方面提高自身素质,以适应新课程改革的需要.
