摘    要:以玉米麸皮为原料,利用纤维素酶辅助木聚糖酶制备阿魏酰低聚糖,通过正交试验对制备条件进行了优化,得到最佳制备条件:反应温度60℃,pH值5.0,反应时间36 h,纤维素酶质量浓度8 g/L,木聚糖酶质量浓度6 g/L,底物质量浓度165 g/L,在此条件下,产物中阿魏酰低聚糖的浓度达到2.127 mmol/L.

Abstract:Feruloyl oligosaccharides(FOS) were prepared from maize bran using xylanase and cellulase.The effect of temperature,pH,enzyme dosage,substrate concentration,and reaction time on the production of FOs was studied.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal test as follows: temperature 60℃,pH5.0,reaction time 36h,xylanase concentration 6g/L,cellulase concentration 8g/L,substrate concentration 167g/L.Under the optimal conditions,the concentration of FOs reached 2.127mmol/L.
