固相反应生产脱氢醋酸钠物料配比及球磨介质的优化

摘    要:利用自制的固相反应成套设备(SRE-1000型),将固态脱氢醋酸和氢氧化钠、碳酸钠直接研磨发生固相反应生产食品防腐剂脱氢乙酸钠.正交试验结果表明,脱氢醋酸与摩尔比为3∶7的NaOH和Na2CO3混合进行固相反应是最优配比,固体碱分2次加入可使固相反应快速且平稳地进行.响应面实验设计优化了作为磨介的氧化铝球的配比,其结果是不同直径的氧化铝球18=253.59 kg,27=368.14 kg,35=251.50 kg时,固相反应时间最短,总反应时间为444.7 min.

Abstract:Using self-made solid-phase reaction complete sets of equipment(model SRE—1000),Solid-state dehydroacetic acid,sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate were grinded together then Leading to solid-phase reaction producing food preventive sodium dehydroacetate.Orthogonal experiment results showed that the dehydroacetic acid reaction with molar ratio of 3∶7 NaOH and Na2CO3 mixture was the optimal ratio,Adding solid base twice could accelerate the solid-state reaction smoothly.Response surface experimental design was used to optimize the grinding media ratio of alumina ball,as a result,when different diameter alumina ball were 18 = 254kg,27 = 368kg,35 = 252kg,the time for solid-phase reaction was shortest which was 444.7 minutes.
