| 摘 要： | 知识生产关系是随着知识生产力的发展及所有权的重点由财产所有权转向知识所有权而逯步生成的。它一经形成便有着相对于物质生产关系的独立性，对生产力乃至整个社会的发展产生了深刻影响，导致当代资本主义发生了新的变化，并给社会主义发展带来了新的挑战。研究知识生产关系，是正确把握时代问题、促进社会主义发展的需要。

| Abstract: | The knowledge productive relations are coming into being gradually, with the transformation of the property rights into knowledge property rights. As soon as the relations are formed, they will possess the independent nature related to the matter production, which also have a profound impact on the productive force and even the entire social development, at the same time , lead to the new change of the contemporary capitalism and give the new challenge to the socialism development. Therefore, the research on the knowledge productive relations, is a kind of correct and urgent issue, which can improve the need of the socialism development. |
