正交试验法在PEEK复合材料制备过程中的应用

摘    要:用正交试验设计方法和模压方法制备了Ekonol/G/MoS2/PEEK复合材料,通过方差和极差分析方法对材料的耐磨性能进行了研究,并用扫描电镜对磨损表面形貌进行了观察和分析.结果表明:将正交试验设计方法应用于Ekonol/G/MoS2/PEEK复合材料制备是可行的,能有效优化工艺参数;方差分析和极差分析结果一致,与材料磨损表面的SEM分析相吻合.

Abstract:Ekonol/G/MoS 2/PEEK composite was prepared by the orthogonal experiment design and compression molding. Studies have been done on the wear resistance of the material by the analysis of variance and range. And the wear surface has been observed and analyzed by the SEM technique. Results show that it is possible to apply the orthogonal experiment designto prepare the Ekonol/G/MoS 2 /PEEK composite, and the technical parameters can be efficiently optimized . The results of the variance analysis and the range analysis are consistent, and are coincided with the SEM analysis of the wear surface also.
