| 摘 要： | 采用模糊综合评价方法对电子政务绩效评估做了深入研究,提出了一种新的适合本评估体系的隶属度函数,建立了电子政务绩效评估模型,对广州市政府门户网站效益进行评估.在设计问卷调查、回收问卷、采集样本数据之后对数据进行统计分析、聚类分析,代入模型确定网站的效益.

| Abstract: | The evaluation of the efficiency of e-government implement was thoroughly studied with AHP-Fuzzy method.The auther proposed a new kind of evaluation system,set an e-government management evaluation model,and evaluated the e-government management of Guangzhou city as an example.Through the design,delivery,and collection of the questionnaire,the sample data were analysed with statistics and clustering method.Based on the results Guangzhou's e-government was evaluated. |
