| 摘 要： | 21世纪是经济、社会和生态协调发展的世纪。这种强烈的时代特征，使所有有关技术创新的理论与实践，必须兼顾与它们三者间紧密联系与协调发展的现实问题。正因为此，需要纠正传统技术创新理论狭隘的经济增长观及其在认识上的误导，以使技术创新理论能关注经济、社会和生态系统整体的效应关系。

| Abstract: | The 21th century is the one of coordinated growth of economy,society and ecology.These strong features of the day have all the theories and practice about technological innovations take accounts of practical problems of tight connection and coordinated growth with the above three.It is necessary to correct narrow economical growth viewpoint of traditional technological innovation system and its mistakes in knowledge so that close attention could be paid to technological innovation system with systematic effect relations of economy,society and ecology. |
