| Abstract: | In this paper, we discuss a kind of one dimensional nonlinear convection-diffution problem:u(0,t) = u(1,t) =0, t∈0,T]; u = (x,0) = u0(x), x∈(0,1) We establish the Characteristic difference methods based on linear insert, quadratic insert and give the optimal order error estimates of L2 norm. The results of Douglas, You tongshun are improved. |
