组态视角下中国制造企业跨国并购创新绩效的影响因素研究

聚焦于跨国并购的创新绩效，采用组态视角，揭示中国制造企业跨国并购中多维度因素对跨国并购创新绩效的综合影响机制。选取3个层面的因素，包括环境因素(制度距离和东道国国家风险)、组织因素(并购经验和行业相关性)和技术因素(研发投入和标的方是否为高技术企业)作为跨国并购创新绩效的条件因素，以中国制造企业跨国并购事件为样本进行分析。研究发现，4种组态能够实现跨国并购创新高绩效，以及6种组态会导致跨国并购创新的非高绩效。研究结果证实了变量的因果不对称性，发现对跨国并购创新绩效存在多种殊途同归的前因变量组合，一定程度上弥补了传统实证研究中变量间线性单向关系的不足，从而丰富了跨国并购创新绩效的研究。

Research on the Influencing Factors of Innovation Performance inCross border Acquisitions by Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises from thePerspective of Configuration

This paper focuses on the innovation performance of cross border acquisitions using a configuration perspective and reveals the comprehensive influence mechanism of multidimensional and multiple factors on the innovation performance of cross border acquisitions by Chinese manufacturing companies. This paper selected factors of three levels: environmental factors (institutional distance and host country risk), organizational factors (acquisition experience and whether it is a peer acquisition), and technical factors (R&D investment and whether the target company is a high tech enterprise), as the conditions for the innovation performance of cross border acquisitions. Based on a qualitative comparative analysis of the cross border acquisitions by Chinese manufacturing companies, the study found that there are four configurations that can achieve high innovation performance in cross border acquisition, and six configurations can lead to non high innovation performance in cross border acquisition. Meanwhile, the results show obvious causal asymmetry, and there are several antecedent variable combinations achieving the same goal by different ways for innovation performance in cross border acquisition; it makes up the limitations of linear and unidirectional relationship between variables in traditional empirical studies to some extent, thus enriching the studies on innovation performance of cross border acquisition.
