| Abstract: | A 3-D computatiom model with boundary integral equations for weld pools in quasi-steady state is proposed in this paper. The forces acting on the pool and the treatment of boundary conditions as well as the solving procedures of the model are discussed laying a foundation for the computor simulation of the phenomenom of weld pools using boundary element method. |
