| 摘 要： | 目前,我国的水资源供需关系比较紧张,遵循可持续发展的原则,就有必要在区域水资源开发利用中,运用较为科学的方法,正确评价其综合利用情况,这将对区域的人口发展、社会经济和环境保护都有十分重要的意义.本文采用一种新的多目标决策方法,通过三角形隶属函数表示的相应模糊集,经过对目标及权重模糊化,模糊运算,反模糊化后,得出一个较为客观的评价结果,与同类以往的评价方法相比,该方法具有概念清晰、涵义明确等优点.

| Abstract: | At present,China is in a serious supply and demand relation of water resources.According to the sustainable development of the economy,more reasonable scientific method must be used to evaluate the comprehensive utilization of water resources correctly in a course of exploitation of water resources.It is very important for the regional population development,social and economical development and environmental protection.A new method is made by fuzzifing values of objectives and weights,after operating fuzzy inference,and a reasonable evaluation is obtained which is more objective and simpler in calculation when compared with other similar evaluation methods. |
