摘    要:以山西省现有的水资源征费管理模式为背景,介绍了基于PLC和GSM-SMS及组态王的自备井汲水量测控系统的设备组成和工作原理,给出了具体的硬件设计和现场应用以及在实践过程中遇到问题的解决思路,并从理论和实践上阐述了以GSM-SMS为数据通道的可行性和实用性。

Abstract:According to Shanxi's existing water-resources charging management mode,this paper introduces the device components and working principles of the self-contained draw-well remote observing and controlling system based on PLC,GSM-SMS and Configuration King,gives the field application of the concrete hardware design and the ideas for solving the problems occurring in the practical course,and expounds the feasibility and practicability of using the GSM-SMS as the data pathway theoretically and practicably.
