要素禀赋视角下大连市文化产业升级的发展路径研究

文化产业发展是地方经济发展的重要源动力。如何认识大连市文化产业升级,通过何种产业升级路径完成升级,是当前大连市文化升级发展过程中必须思考的问题。研究发现,文化产业发展速度仍然偏缓,企业发展压力仍然较大,大连城市“名片”仍不鲜明。因此,深化体制改革,完善体系建设;加快结构调整,增强发展活力;加大文化产业的投融资力度,为文化产业的蓬勃发展提供足够的资金支撑;加强文化人才队伍的深层次建设,为文化产业发展提供必要的人力资源;加强科技发展与进步对文化产业的支持作用,推进大连市文化产业的产业技术创新,是大连市文化产业升级与创新的路径保障。

Research Review of the Korean Chinese National Identity

Before the Korean Chinese formally became Chinese citizen,they had gone through Qing Dynasty,the Republican Period,the Manchukuo Period,War of Liberation Period,and the founding of the People＇s Republic of China,which marks the basic completion of the Korean Chinese national identity.This paper probes into the vital role the ethnic policy of CCP has played in the formation of the Korean Chinese national identity,points out the fact that the choice of the Korean Chinese as Chinese citizen is not passive and coerced,but independent and rational,and argues that the frequent contact between the Korean Chinese and South Korean,under the situation of the Reform and Opening and the establishment of the diplomatic relations between China and South Korean,does not weaken the national identity of the Korean Chinese,but enhances their national identity as Chinese citizen.
