摘    要:除了资本和劳动之外,把能源作为一种投入,并考虑产出随时间的变化,建立了一个中国的超越对数生产函数模型并用岭回归方法估计了它的参数.研究了该模型的产出弹性、替代弹性和各种投入的技术进步差异.发现了中国经济系统的投入产出呈规模递增效应但逐年下降;资本和劳动、能源可有效的相互替代,但劳动和能源替代弹性较低;技术进步以中性技术为主,各种投入的技术进步差异不大,技术进步快慢为资本>能源>劳动,但它们之间的差异逐年缩小.

Abstract:Besides capital stock and labor, adding the energy as an input, a China's trans|log function with time trend is built. The ridge regression approach is used to estimate the parameters of the model, and the elasticity of productivity, substitution elasticity and the bias of technological progress of different inputs are studied. Moreover, we find that the increasing scale return with decreasing trend is existed in China's Economy; capital can effectively substitute labor and energy but the substitution between labor and energy is low; and the bias of the technological progress is small for different inputs, the rank of rate of technological progress is capital>energy>labor with converging trend which means neutral technological progress is main characteristic for technological change.
