微乳液膜萃取废水中酚的研究

摘    要:研究了P_(204)煤油NaOH组成的微乳液膜配方及其稳定性,通过该液膜体系萃取废水中酚,考察了PP_(204)的浓度、NaOH的浓度、乳水比、外水相pH值、酚的浓度对除酚率的影响.实验结果表明,微乳液膜不仅稳定性好,无明显溶胀和泄漏,而且分离速度快,除酚率高,可自动破乳.当PP_(204)的浓度为1.0mol/L,乳水比为1∶3,含酚废水的pH值为5时,除酚率达99.98%.

Abstract:The formula and stability for microemulsion liquid membrane of di (2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid (P204), kerosene and NaOH have been studied. Through removal of phenol from wastewater using this liquid membranesystem , different factorseffecting on phenol removal,such as the concentration of P204 and of sodium hydroxide solution, the ratio of volume between micro- emulsion and wastewater, the concentration of phenol and the pH value et al., were investigated. The experimental results show that microemulsion liquid membrane exhibits several advantages in- cluding good stability, low leakage and swell, faster rates of separation, high efficiency of separation, ease of demulsification. The result revealed the recovery of phenol was 99.98% when the concen- tration of P204 was 1.0 mol/L, the ratio of volume between microemulsion and wastewater was 1∶3, pH value was 5.
