车辆传动系监测信号突变与渐变识别

摘    要:为识别车辆传动系运行状态的变化,讨论利用小波变换处理传动系监测信号,提取信号在时域的突变特征;利用折中阈值法对监测信号进行消噪处理,从而识别监测信号的渐变趋势,并提出了一种阈值改进方案. 从能量谱和特征频率分布的角度,研究了监测信号的变化趋势在频域的表征,并提出了一种解决小波包混频现象的方法. 研究结果表明,利用小波变换能同时在时域和频域上提取出监测信号所隐含的表征系统运行状态变化的信息.

Abstract:In order to recognize changes in the running state of vehicle transmission,methods of recognition of break changes by wavelet transformation and recognition of gradual changes by middle threshold de-noising from state data monitoring in time domain are described,and an improved procedure of computing the threshold is described.From the angles of the energy spectrum and distribution of feature frequency,ways of analysis on the tendency of signal in frequency domain are presented,and a method of solving frequency mixing is discussed.The result shows that the information indicating the changes of the running state included in data monitoring can be extracted in the time domain and frequency domain by wavelet transformation.
