| 摘 要： | 丰富学生的精神生活是高校体育乐学教学的起点、把握大学生从事体育运动的心理需求，是体育教材改革的依据，准确把握学生身心发展的规律、引导、启发、教育学生健康向上，不断开拓创新，培养他们的兴趣爱好，开发他们的智力，调动他们从事体育活动的主动性和积极性，从而才能成为国家培养出更多更好的合格人才。

| Abstract: | College sports teaching must start enriching students' spiritual life, and the renovation on sports textbooks must be based on understanding of the students' sports psychological need .therefore, more qualified talents can be trained only if they are correctly understood psychologically, well trained morally ,fully developed intellectually and greatly aroused in sports interest and initiative . |
