| Abstract: | This Paper sets up a mathematical model of relation between economic increase and scientific and technical progress, a distributive model of contribution of high technology progres to increase of national economy,and a model of contribution of high techonlogy progress to total output value. With an example of development of high technology in Henan Province up to the year 2000, the calculation and the forecast.have been carried out. |
