| 摘 要： | 文化是民族的血脉，是人民的精神家园，是城市的核心竞争力与灵魂。一座城市的繁荣与发展，总是离不开先进文化的支撑和引领。芜湖的文化建设应立足于自身的基本情况和现有优势，借助一系列建设文化强市的对策与建议，达到建成“文化强市”的目标，真正创建一个和谐而具有文化底蕴的城市环境。

| Abstract: | Culture is the bloodline of a nation and the spiritual home of its people, as well as the core competitiveness and the soul of the city. The prosperity and development of a city is always inseparable from the support and guide of the advanced culture. Based on the own basic situation and current advantages, the cultural construction in Wuhu should reach the goal of being an influential cultural city by means of a series of countermeasures and suggestions so as to create an harmonious urban environment with thick cultural deposits. |
