高真空隔热油管隔热机理及隔热结构的研究

摘    要:通过分析视导热系数对井筒热损失的影响,以及对导热、对流、辐射三种传热机理的深入分析,找出了减少导热、降低自然对流、抑制辐射的有效途径,并研制出真空隔热结构,对指导高真空隔热油管的生产有着重要的意义。

Abstract:From the reality of the manufacture of high vacuum heat insulation oil pipe, the aspects of selection of vacuum unit, heating and venting of the pipe installation and auxiliary equipment, heating and removing air while pumping air, adding hydrogen absorbent, vacuum blocking up and welding, and on the basis of combining theory with practice, the article illustrates the technique of acquisition and maintenance of the vacuum degree of high vacuum heat insulation oil pipe, and makes a great significance of the production of high vacuum degree heat insulation oil pipe.
