| 摘 要： | 综合了Si3N4陶瓷的特性，晶体结构、粉末的制备、烧结技术以及应用，并重点介绍了影响其显微结构力学性能的因素，最后提出了目前存在的问题和需考虑的方向。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the properties, crystal structure, preparation of powder, sintering technique and application of Si 3N 4 ceramic. Factors that affect the microstructure and mechanic properties of Si 3N 4 ceramic are introduced mainly. Some difficulties at present and developing directions are offered. |
