| 摘 要： | 面对高等教育大众化的必然趋势，从高校实施全面质量管理、建立自我约束机制和寻求可持续发展道路等方面，分析了我国高校构建质量管理体系的必要性，提出了高校质量管理体系构建的方法与途径，主要包括转变教育观念、注重质量文化建设和实施ISO9000国际质量体系认证等。

| Abstract: | The necessity of the construction of the university-quality-control-system at the popular developing phase in our higher education was analyzed,of which the methods and channels were proposed. It mainly included transforming the concept in education, attaching importance to the quality cultural construction and the implementation international quality system of ISO 9000 etc. |
