摘    要:提出一种新的基于最优潮流(OPF)的有功无功一体化实时电价模型及算法.该模型以OPF取代传统实时电价理论中的经济调度概念,考虑电厂无功支持辅助服务的定价,同时采用新电网可变成本函数,保证了电网公司的投资回收.OPF采用牛顿法求解.对IEEE-30 节点试验系统多种运行方式进行了数值计算,结果表明,所提模型是合理可行的,算法是鲁棒有效的.

Abstract:A novel OPF based, active and reactive combined spot price model and its algorithm were presented. This model is based on a modified OPF instead of electric dispatch(ED) in the traditional spot price theory. The units' reactive support pricing was combined and the variable network cost function was added into the model to guarantee good returns of transmission capital costs. The OPF was solved by the Newton method. The numerical results of IEEE 30 buses standard test system were given to demonstrate feasibility and validity of the proposed algorithm.
