| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the present situation of and existing problems in the utilization of the water resources within the Fenhe irrigated areas, and points out that only when the water resources enter the market, and acting according to the market regularity, can the optimum distribution be realized and the maximum benefit of the water resources be obtained. |
