Abstract:A discussion on significance and function of stirring energy conservation is made further. It is considered that the stirring energy conservation law is an important principle and method for analyses of stability and evolution of systems. It can be applied as both explanations of system stability and method of evolutionary analyses of a system. At the same time, some fundamental problems in the Newtonian system are pointed out.
