| 摘 要： | 受金融危机的影响,大学生就业面临更加严竣和复杂的局面.基于对武汉高校大学生的调查,研究了大学生择业取向的特点,并使用统计软件SPSS进行了独立样本T检验以及单因素方差分析.结果发现,大学生的就业压力在持续增大,择业观念逐渐成熟,择业取向也趋于多元化和务实化,不同学历以及文理科学生在择业取向上存在一定的差异性.
