| 摘 要： | 高校挡案的现代化管理是信息网络时代科学技术发展对挡案管理工作的基本要求,面对高校合并办学后档案管理过程中存在的问题,必须借助现代化的管理手段,实现高校资源的优化和共事,为学校的建设和发展服务。本文通过对高校挡案现代化管理中存在问题的分析,论证了高校档案现代化管理的基本对策和手段,提出了提高高校档案管理水平,树立安全防范意识对高校档案管理工作的重要性。

| Abstract: | University Archives modern information management is the basic requirements of science and technology n the network era.facing the archives problem triggered by the Merger of Colleges.we must make use of modern means to achieve the optimization of resources and co-share for servicing the school＇s construction and development. Based on the analysis of problems of University Archives modern management,the paper expound the basic measures in the modern archives management.putting forward to the importances of university archive modern management and the awareness to its safety,with a result to improve the managements of it. |
