摘    要:在已建立的球头立铣刀前刀面加工数学模型的基础上,根据微分几何理论建立了后刀面的加工数学模型,分析了加工中前刀面与后刀面的坐标系的空间运动关系,并讨论了后刀面的加工实现问题。结果表明,采用多轴联动的工具磨床,可以实现球头立铣刀后刀面的磨削加工。

Abstract:Based on the mathematical model of the rack face of ball-nose end milling cutter,the grinding mathematical model of the flank of the end edge is presented by means of the theory of differential geometry.Then writer analyses the spatial motive relation between the coordinate of the rack face and that of the flank of the end edge and discusses the industrial reality of the flank of the end edge.It can be see that the flank of the eng edge of ball-nose end milling cutter can be grinded by multi-axis tool grinder.
