| 摘 要： | 以一栋建于20世纪末的典型村镇民宅为例，通过PKPM软件计算其抗震承载力，并分析其抗震承载力低的原因，最后得出结论：我国大部分的村镇民宅抗震能力低下已是一个不争的事实，存在严重的抗震安全隐患．

| Abstract: | With the application of PKPM software, this dissertation calculates the seismic bearing capacity of a typical rural residence which was built at the end of the 20th century .Through analysis of causes leading to it＇s low seismic bearing capacity, we finally reached a conclusion that there is no doubt that low earthquake resistance capacity of most rural houses in China brings enormous security hidden trouble in local residents houses. |
