钢管桩支架体系承载力有限元分析

摘    要:以某大跨钢管混凝土拱桥边拱现浇施工中的钢管桩支架体系为工程背景,利用有限元软件ANSYS进行分析,发现了由钢管桩支撑的支架体系具有传递和分配荷载的作用,靠近钢桩支撑位置的钢管轴力大,远离钢桩支撑位置的钢管轴力小.在计算支架体系承载力时钢管轴力均匀分布的假定不成立.斜杆应尽量沿上游与下游对称布置.同时要将支架体系作为整体结构进行考虑,纵横梁的共同作用使支架体系承载力大大提高.

Abstract:In this paper the scaffolding system supported by steel pipe piles was studied by using FEM software ANSYS.The action of loading can be passed and allocated by the Scaffolding system,and the axial force,though big near the steel pipe piles,is small apart from the steel pipe piles.The hypothesis is not accurate that the axial forces of the steel pipe distribute equably.The oblique piles should be set symmetry.At the same time,the scaffolding system supported by steel pipe piles should be considered as a whole.The bearing capacities can be improved greatly under the action of beam in length and breadth.
