| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨鲍温样丘疹病的病因、临床表现、临床病理特征、诊断、鉴别诊断及预后．方法：对78例鲍温样丘疹病进行临床和病理分析并随访．结果：78例鲍温样丘疹病．病变外观为色素性扁平丘疹，组织学与鲍温病相似，但异型性较小．结论：鲍温样丘疹病的诊断应结合典型临床特征，该病属良性病变，但伴有重度非典型增生病例可视为癌前期病变． |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinicopathological features,differential diagnosis, etiologic factors and prognosis of Bowenoid papulosis(BP) . Methods: The clinicopathologic features of BP were analyzed . Results: The 78 cases of BP manifested pigmentary flat papulae and were histologically similar to Bowen's disease. But it showed mild atypia. Conclusion: Making a diagnosis of BP should be combined with typical clinical features. BP is a benign pathologic change. But the case with severe atypical hyperplasia may be considered as a precancerous lesion. |
