| 摘 要： | 应用E-玫瑰花环试验检测奶(犊)牛的细胞免疫状况，12头小犊牛的E-玫瑰花环率平均为25％，9头大牛的E-玫瑰花环率平均为35．8％：白细胞分类计数结果为12头小犊牛淋巴细胞百分比为74．1％，9头大牛的为70．2％，所检出的各项指标均在正常范围内，随着时间的推移，成年奶牛的细胞免疫功能强于小犊牛．

| Abstract: | The authors menstruated the cell immune status with the E-Rosette formation test. The Rosette formation rate of the twelve calfs is 25 percent, lymphocyte proportion is 74.1 percent by classified counting of Leucocyte, while that of the 9 adults is 35.8 percent and 70.2 percent respectively. All the data are in the normal range. Cell immunologic function of adults is superior to calf with the growth. |
