摘    要:煤气是氧化铝焙烧炉的燃料,煤气质量稳定与否直接影响氧化铝的产量,而煤气中的水分是造成焙烧炉用煤气不稳定的主要原因;造成煤气中水分高的原因是多方面的,主要是煤气发生炉出口温度过高,煤气终冷温度过高和工艺流程设置的不合理所致。加强循环水的管理是解决煤气含水量过高行之有效的方法。

Abstract:The gas is the fuel of aluminum oxide roaster, whether the gas quali ty is stable or not has direct influence on the yield of aluminum oxide. And the moisture in the gas is the main cause of the unsteady of the gas quality used i n the roaster. And the causes of high-moisture of the gas are multiaspects, the main causes are that the outlet temperature of the gas generator and the final cooling temperature are excessively high, and the arrangement of the technical p rocesses is not rational. Strengthening the management of the circulating water is an effective method for solving the excessively high moisture of the gas.
