阿曼渣油丙烷脱沥青试验研究

摘    要:在完成对溶剂脱沥青中试装置安装和调试的基础上,研究阿曼渣油的丙烷脱沥青过程,考察萃取温度、压力及剂油比等参数对脱油沥青和脱沥青油的收率及质量的影响.结果表明萃取塔温度和剂油比对产品的质量和收率影响较大,而萃取压力保持在丙烷临界压力左右即可.

Abstract:Our previously established pilot plant was utilized for the study of solvent-deasphalting process of Oman residue oil from Maoming Petroleum Chemical Corporation. The effects of various extraction temperatures, ratio of propane to asphalt and extraction pressures were investigated,and results showed that the temperature and ratio of propane to asphalt have significant effect on the quality and yield of the deasphalted oil and the extracted asphalt, and the pressure of extraction tower should be kept about 4.1 MPa.
