| 摘 要： | 介绍一种在传输层支持IP移动性的基于SCTP多信宿机制的移动SCTP(MSCTP)新方案。在介绍了SCTP的原理及其多信宿特性的基础上引入的MSCTP概念，重点分析了MSCTP over IPv6以及MSCTP over MIPv6的通信建立与无缝切换过程，并对MSCTP的应用及尚待解决的课题进行了较为详细的探讨。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the authors discuss a new mechanism for IP mobility support in the transmission layer-mobile SCTP, which is based on the mechanism of multi-homing of SCTP. First,the authors introduces the theory of SCTP and the concept of MSCTP; then focus on the processes of establishment and seamless handoff of MSCTP over IPv6 and MSCTP over MIPv6, finally, the authors discuss the development and some unsolved issues of MSCTP in detail. |
