摘    要:数控机床自动编程技术又称为计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助制造系统,以Unigraphics(UG)、SolidWorks、Cimatron、Pro/Engineer、CAXAME制造工程师等为代表的自动编程软件,在录入菜单中的尺寸录入窗口输入尺寸时,通常输入的是基本尺寸和公差,没有极限偏差也没有极限尺寸。按照我国国家标准,这样的已知条件是没办法保证加工质量的。经过研究发现,CAD/CAM系统自动编程软件录入菜单中的尺寸录入窗口输入的尺寸应该是平均尺寸,公差应该是平均公差。这样在精加工时刀具的刀尖点沿着平均尺寸的轮廓线运行,不需要通过刀具偏置量补偿就能保证加工出合格的零件,而且能够实现自动化,加工效率高、精度高。

Abstract:NC automatic programming technology is also called computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing system,, using Unigraphics(UG),the automatic programming software SolidWorks,Cimatron,Pro/Engineer, CAXAME manufacturing engineer as the representative of the input window size,size of input in the input menu,usually input is the basic dimensions and tolerances, no limit deviation is not limit size.According to the national standard of China,known conditions this is no way to ensure the quality of processing. After the research discovery,the CAD/CAM system of automatic programming software input menu in the dimension of input input window size should be is the average size,tolerance should be the average tolerance. This tool in the finishing point point along the contour of the average size of operation,need not through the cutter offset compensation can ensure the processing of qualified parts, but also can realize automation,high efficiency,high precision machining.
