摘    要:本文建立了轴向压力作用下中长正置正交化铣网格加劲圆筒壳结构优化设计的数学模型,采用约束变尺度法进行了优化计算,分别讨论了材料屈服极限、外载荷、加劲效率系数ψ以及环向肋条与纵向肋条间距之比λ对优化结果的影响,得到了若干有实用价值的结论.

Abstract:A mathematical model for the optimum design of a moderately long chemically-etched and net-shaped cylindrical shell stiffened with a longitudinal ring for operation under axial pressure is developed. The Constrained Variable Metric Method is adopted to obtain optimum solutions. The effect of the yield limit of material, external load, stiffened efficiency coefficient () and the ratio of ring-stiffened rib space to longitudinally stiffened rib space ()on optimum results are discussed. The following conclusions are drawn: (1) The material should be properly chosen according to the external load and overall shell dimensions so as to match the structural stability and strength reserve. (2) when the external load is smaller than the critical value, it is undesirable to adopt a stiffened cylindrical shell. (3) There exist optimum values of and when the structural weight and processing cost are taken into account.
