国际投资环境的组合评价研究

本文系统分析了跨国公司投资区域选择的制约因素，研究了评价国际投资环境的主要因素和指标，提出了一种新的系统评价方法，即组合评价法。这种方法以最优化模型为工具，将两种或两种以上的多指标评价模型组合为一个模型，充分利用有用的评价信息，使结论更加符合社会经济实际。并通过劳动密集型产业国际投资区域选择比较分析实例，用最优组合评价方法，对ＴＯＰＳＩＳ法和熵值法模型进行组合系统分析，使系统评价更具有科学性和实用性。

Combination Evaluation Research of International Investment Environment

In this paper,We analyse systematically the restrictive selements of investment region selection about the transnational corporation, study the main element and index of evaluating the international investment environment and provide a new system evaluation means, that is, combination evaluation method.By means of optimizing model, we combine two or more multi index evaluation models into one and make advantage of useful evaluation information,so that the conclusion can be more agreeable with social economic practice.Through the labor intensive production,with the optimizing combination evaluation method,international investment region makes a systematic analysis on the models of entropy and TOPSIS methods,to make the system evaluation more scientific and useful.
